Q1: Hi, I am just wondering what these opera galsses were made out of - are they plastic? Do they come with a carry pouch? Thank you Meryl
A: Yes, the Vixen opera glasses are made of plastic. They don't come with a carry pouch but instead snap open.
Q2: Could you please give me the exact measurements? Are they like 4" long by 3" wide? I am definitely interested, but would like to know what size purse they would fit in when closed. Thank you. Judi
A: Vixen 3x28 Opera Glasses are about 4 inches wide, 2 inches deep and 1.25 inches high. Focus is adjustable. As with any binocular or opera glass, you can see all the way to the horizon, however far that is in your area. These opera glasses will bring objects 3 times as close as they actually are, however, so if the stage is, say, 75 feet away, your view will be as though it were only 25 feet distant. That's about the length of a typical middle-class living room.
