Q1: I read the disclaimer on gen2,3and 4 night vision.Does this apply only to rifle scopes or does it apply to binoculars and monoculars also? Also does gen1 qualify under this law?I ask because I will be living at the beach in another country and need at least gen1 monocular in case lights go out or for marine spoting. Thankyou.

A: Any GEN 2,3, or 4 night vision device falls under the cannot be exported rule. Gen 1 does not.
