Q1: Are these as good as the 10X42 New Natureview. How do they campare with the Trophy 10X42. When do you start to ship to the U.K. after the Christmas holiday.

A: The 10x42 Legends are actually better optically. The same with the Trophy series. The Legends are one of the highest quality series of binoculars that Bushnell offers.

Q2: I plan on buying either this piece or Nikon 10x42 monarch ATB. Which is better? What would advice me?

A: They are very comparable to one another both optically and physically. the biggest difference is in the Warranty Bushnell is a limited lifetime warranty and nikon is a 25 yr no fault.

Q4: My local Dicks Sporting Goods has Bushnell "Scout" 10X42 for $99; I do not find this anywhere on your site. Which is the comparable product? And, what can you tell me about the $200 diference and what it buys for the Legend series. Thanks!

A: Bushnell does not include the Scout in its current product line. It's a low-cost binocular with BK-7 prisms and coated optics. The Legend is very much superior. It offers BaK-7 prism glass that gives considerably better light transmission and fully multi-coated, as well as phase-coated optics to give brighter images and better color correction. If you viewed through the two side by side, you'd see that the Legends are worth the $200 difference.
